“I’ve been using the computer my whole life. As a kid, I enjoyed reading instruction manuals for new tech purchases. Along with tech, art was a very big part of my life growing up and I eventually received a degree in Art Photography from Syracuse. After school, I moved to Colorado, then to New York City, where over the next few years, my brother and I created an interactive online art museum, which we continue to run today. During that time I was also the unofficial tech support for my family and began to build on my experience with tech and customer service to create At Home Computer Tutor.
I enjoy the creative problem solving that comes with tech, as well as the added challenge of trying to translate instructions to others in a way they can understand and find helpful.” – Robert
