Yes! If you don't have accounts, we can get you set up. If you have accounts and want to learn how to better use the site, we can do that too. We'll get you connected with friends and family.

Everyone's on Zoom. Can you help me do that?

Yes, we can get you set up and connected with Zoom, Facetime, or any other video messaging service on your computer or phone.

I heard you can pay people with your phone. Is this something we can go over?

Yes. In addition to that, we can set up and manage other online financial activity, like transferring money online, to paying bills.

I want to send a photo to my friends/family, but I don't know how. Can you help?

Yes, we can work together to get you comfortable with the process along with creating a guide/notes for you to follow until it becomes "muscle memory".

My computer is a mess. Files and photos are everywhere. Can you help me clean it up?

Yes! We can get it organized. I can help you learn how to do it yourself, or under your direction, do the organizing myself.

Your site says "computer tutor". Do you offer help with phones, tablets, or other gadgets?

Absolutely. I can help you with most consumer tech products. Phones, tablets, televisions, Netflix, tech purchases. If you're not sure, contact me to find out. If I can't help, I'll try to point you in a direction of a service that might.

I don't know what I'll need, but I know I need help. How do we do that?

If you're not sure what you need, but know you'll "know it when you see it", we can work by doing what you do on the computer normally. If it's checking your emails, you can browse your emails until you come across something the resembles the type of problem or issue you face

I need a new computer / TV / phone / etc, but I don't know what to buy. Can you help me pick the best device for my needs?

Yes I can put together a personalized "buyers guide" with various options along with notes, mentioning my personal preferences and what I would do if I were in your situation. And once you purchase the device, I can get you set up and running.

I have tons of old CDs with photos from past trips. I don't have the time to go through them all, but I would love for them to be on my computer. Can you help me?

Yes, in addition to helping you learn how to use the computer, you can "hire" me to complete tasks, saving you time and stress.
